Kairos Computer Solutions, hereafter Kairos, agrees not to sell your email address to any third party and to only use your email address in the conduct of business initiated by you, or an authorized person on your behalf.

You agree that you will not collect any Kairos email address by any method for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial or other email (AKA Spam), or for selling said email addresses to any third party for use in sending unsolicited commercial or other email (AKA Spam).

NOTICE TO BULK E-MAILERS:
Pursuant to US Code, Title 47, Chapter 5, Subchapter II, p.227, any and all nonsolicited commercial e-mail sent to kairoscomputers.com is subject to a download and archival fee in the amount of Five-Hundred Dollars U.S.

You further agree to abide by the laws of the United States of America, the state of Michigan, and your country of residence, if applicable. You further agree that all legal action will be conducted at your expense in the State of Michigan, the county of Kalamazoo.
