The party was a bit smaller today at least in terms of minds. We started off going further into Kermit the killer Frogs lair. (our light source dimmed) Kilmar holds the lantern. The party notices a balcony that has sewage fallling from it and there seems to be further croaking coming from further in the darkness. Werid thing against the wall of a hallway . Galron charges attacking the frog ,joined swiftly by Thorfus in the battle who lands a hit. Galron fails constantly Axel valintaly attacks with his battle axe. More frogs are coming towards the party Ir’alle puts down a frog but soon we will be outnumbered …HOWEVER GALRONS FIRST KILL HAPPENS MOMENTS LATER! Thorfus murders a frog man aswell .. After Axel cuts down another two Ir’alle scares them off with his preaching of his faith! Sthorm suffered a permanent injury… sorry… Thorfus kicks in a door a bit scares some goblins and then he finds out about the goblin chief room the party goes in search of loot . The party finds a large amount of loot thanks to Thorfus and is his stone cunning he finds a wonderful amount of silver and a beautiful blue gem… Thorfus beats the stuffing ou of a ape but, THEN GALRON DEALS THE KILLING BLOW TO THE CARNVIROUS APE HIS 2ND KILL!!!!!THORFUS WAS KNOCKED DOWN… WE traveled got a bit lost and then found the ladder galron and Axel went to retrieve the loot but, they saw some guys in rags messing with our coin , they easily scared them off and Galron and Axel take the monkey as well as the loot. We lifted the unconscious bodies to safety from the sewer. Sold a monkey for 300gp to Talasein . Ir’alle confronts a rambling old man…he asks about the Grey watch and pays him 2 silver to keep his mouth shut then the party retires. in total 580 split among 5 both in xp and gold

Not sure why its hash tagged but ok…
Sounds like an exciting, action-packed session. Sad to have missed it, but at least we all got some loot and xp. The frogs never stood a chance!
Yep my notes were not as good as the ones you did earlier but i tried to get the combat highlights
Good job, Riese — that’s 150xp for your summary. A few notes:
1. Sthorm was knocked to -6 by a sneak attack from the frogs (whom Talessin identified as Bullywugs and who seem capable of camouflaging themselves in visible and infrared light); James, you were rescued by Sturloc and Ir’Alle, but need to roll for a scar/injury next session per the house rules.
2. The goblin you were traveling with was killed during the battle; his tattoos glowed red as he fell.
3. On the way out of the bathhouse, the party ran into a few other goblins left behind to watch the stairs while the majority of the goblin guards tried flanking the Bullywugs; none of that force returned and the remaining goblin mentioned something about spirit-markings and things going boom (the party had heard/felt an explosion/earthquake earlier); Thorfus and some others helped these goblins re-block the stairway down and promised to return to help after recovering.
4. The xp amount Riese lists above is just for the treasure (but not the lapis lazuli stone since you only have a vague sense of it’s value); I will post the monster/combat xp separately — we did a rough calculation last night, but I need to double-check it first.
5. When we pick up again, the party has just spent two days resting in the townhouse and Ir’Alle has brought Thorfus and Sthorm back to full hp (i.e., if you leave the morning of the third day, everyone will be back in fighting shape).
lol damn. I need to read up on injuries.
The50swerebetter The text in the DMG is rather vague, leaving the specific injury to DM discretion. I’ve found a pretty good random table, though, and will add it to the house rule document.
Note: This was session #4
