Really, guys, it’s just my allergies acting, up, all this dust….
I haven’t felt my mortality so much since that incident with the Imperial Dervish. This’ll definitely temper Axel’s hot-headedness.
I don’t think the party has been this battered in a long time though, seriously.
Sobering as our whooping was, don’t lose sight of the fact that we epically bashed our way through the boss’s minions to surgically strike him down at the moment of truth. We fought as a team (copyright Captain America), each performing our role exactly as needed. We would have endured more if Ryker wasn’t MIA.
Every other boss fight we had a small platoon of support troops, it was just the PCs and a mascot last night.
It is dangerous when you don’t bring your meat-shields (and not just because Pons has been outlining plans to the other hirelings about how they should divvy up the loot if the PCs never return).
So, Rahm Benisaeko the recording should be synced into the drive now, here’s the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8WR3haKt47GMUlRWXJsT3VuMzg/view?usp=sharing
I did post a whole bunch about ideas for the party’s next move since I was looking at the map we have, but that’s super meta-gamey, so I’ll save it for when my character wakes up…
