Do we owe Talon’s survivors an inheritance? Perhaps a grave marker for him?
Better yet, let’s approach a penny dreadful publisher with our various stories and an offer not to publish the “The last day of Commander Talon and Lady Em” (and accompanying public funeral with official MidMark honors) for a fat purse and residuals. Then we can auction off the rights to our further adventures. Since we have the patronage of Magistrate Thornton, most favorably terms and copy write enforcement should be a breeze…
Of course Chuq’s cut will all go to various NewTown charities!
Talon never mentioned any relatives in Midmark — though I suppose you could ask Sturloc about that. To your knowledge, his only connection there was Em. The Penny (or should it be copper?) dreadful idea, though, is interesting.
