Repository of the G+ Community
You should be able to click the link in the “About” post that appears at the top of the G+ community for the campaign. That will open a shared Google Drive where you (should) have the right permissions to upload a new document. I think you can drag-and-drop from your computer or select a file to upload more traditionally. If you want to share here in the community, you can then right-click on the uploaded PDF and get a shareable link that can be added to a G+ post (everyone in the community can access the drive, though, so that last bit is only if you want).

The sheet looks fine — I made a few minor adjustments to the inventory section based on the house rules, but otherwise it’s fine. Regarding saving throws, which seems to be the only thing missing, you can fill those in later or not bother depending on how you feel.
