Good list — a few misinterpretation issues, though:
1. The Lone Barrel is actually in High Town; Long Market is represented by the Mercers, but borders on Bargemen territory. The Mercer higher-ups and most secure safe-houses are in High Town.
2. Far Harbor’s current council representative is not an ally of the Bargemen; the seat is expected to change hands this election, though.
3. Same issue with the Sink — not an ally of the Bargemen, definitely going to lose the seat (and no scandal is going to change that)
4. Philip Vigore is in the East Wall district; Starchie’s Boyz have never been across the Khelwater river to Far Harbor.
There is a bit of duplication (a couple of district entries vs. council member entries, for instance), so I’m going to count this as 18 unique entries. Since Chuq is level 2, that’s worth 360xp.
