I suggest John add a section for him viewable as GM that has all the tables we always seem to need. I added listening, grenade like missiles and some others to the campaign I am building to minimize going to books.
I just made a folder for the info and then made a page for each one and did a screenshot of tables and charts to avoid typing.

I spent a good bit of time creating a series of nested handouts in the campaign journal (i.e., where the character sheets are located) about a year or so ago to which everyone should have access — do you mean something like that? Those don’t have images, though.
I meant GM facing charts so you can just click on the journal tab and find the thing you need to avoid grabbing the DMG to do grenade like missiles, grappling, siege damage & construction points. Just add them as you find we need them.
However, player facing charts are good too.
That’s a good idea. Probably something I should do considering how often I lose rules.
