WickedWayz !, I typically indicate the XP for gold in the treasure gained posts. Also, regarding the ordering of posts within a community, check your preferences — the default shows things based on some weird “popularity” algorithm, but you can choose to see everything in more-or-less chronological order.
Go into Preferences and choose to sort by “Most Recent” rather than “Top Posts” (you need to do this individually for every G+ community you belong to — it can’t be done universally).
